微信公众号测试号，有手机基本必装微信，微信推送够稳定吧

之前用 server 酱调用接口推送到微信。再后来，发现不用 server 酱也行，用微信绑定邮箱，windows 上用另外的邮箱账号发送邮件，收到邮件微信就会有提示。
