红帽中国 cdn 速度突然好慢

之前用 china.cdn.redhat.com 这个源速度很快的，这几天发现只有几十 K 的速度，后来改回 cdn.redhat.com 发现如果 cdn 到香港的 IP 就很慢，到德国的 IP 反而就能跑满。烦人啊
