    com.apple.podcasts.SpotlightIndexExtension 这个进程永远占用 100%

    • 强制关闭无效，会马上自启动
    • spotlight 已经全部关闭，隐私那里设为了全盘禁用
    • mdutil 索引已经-a -i off 全盘关闭

    现在应该怎么做？
