在使用 openwebui 的时候想请问一下各位佬，如何现在一个用户在固定时间内的提问次数。

出于安全原因，曾经成功验证过 caddy 反向代理内网 openwebui 到互联网。
基于以上，搞一个 api 网关就行 。。。 吧 ；现在的 api 网关能按次数、用户做复杂的策略。
（没有很认真地研究这事）
