MacOS 上输入法中日英三语切换有啥好用的方案吗？

搜狗输入法，用 fn 一个按钮就能切换

装 hammerspoon ，然后在 vscode 里提要求让 AI 实现

karabiner 左键 shift 切换中英，右键 shift 切换日英

ctrl+space 切换应该还是支持的吧,一次上回,两次第三种
