q is a command line tool that allows direct execution of SQL-like queries on CSVs/TSVs (and any other tabular text files).

看他实现的原理倒不复杂，把输入做成内存数据库，然后调用sqlite执行sql

我还以为你说的是KDB+ http://www.kx.com/ 这个很厉害也可以用sql读csv
