kvm有webvirtmgr 但是权限不好管理

在centos上跑过webvirtmgr，可以用，但也就用用console而已，比较鸡肋，但胜在免费和开源

proxmox 呀，这个是基于 rh kernel + debian packages + custom web gui 的。
