关于 docker 开发目录的疑问

新建一个 docker 开发目录，然而 finder 如何访问这个开发目录的呢？
用的 smb? ssh? 还是虚拟机文件共享？

旁边那个 boot2docker 已废弃，官方出了 tool 了
