手上有个闲置的华为荣耀 4A ，有些网站学术资料是限定单位 ip 地址的，所以想用 4A 放单位做 proxy 在家里连接，可是怎么都连不上， teamviewer host 能看见但连接失败，直接动态域名+proxy service 也是连不上，有谁知道原因吗？或者有更好办法？
