事情是这样的，前两天收了个韩版 5s ，结果用学校 188 开头的移动卡死活激活不了，我以为有锁，正准备去找卖家理论一番，结果用老家 158 开头的卡激活了，为什么同样是移动， 188 开头的就不能激活呢？
