好像也不是定义变量的意思，因为我执行：
DEBUG=mydebug:* echo ${DEBUG}
是输出空
执行：
DEBUG=mydebug:* && echo ${DEBUG}
是输出 mydebug:*
DEBUG=mydebug:* node app.js
