这个不是国家行为，是电信或联通在某些区域的个别行为。
不过我还是未雨绸缪的换成DNSPOD

貌似多地无法解析Godaddy NS Server的域名了，NS server的遭遇可能只是个开头。。。对godaddy的将来的待遇表示很忧郁。
