是所有内部软件都搜索不到还只是备忘录无法搜索，这就尴尬了，我这边搜索完全没有问题啊。

备忘录，在 app 右上角的搜索框进行搜索，什么文本都搜不出来。

我这边也是可以搜索的，中文和英文都可以搜索出结果
