使用环境：浙江联通，4G 网络，Android

备注：原本是准备验证浙江联通 4G 网络是否开通了 IPv6 的，结果发现 IPv4 地址赫然写着“ China Telecom ”。

@citydog 大型网络的互通，包括三大运营商之间的网络互通，基本上都是 BGP 协议。
