可能是 saferi 的 bug，转用 safari 就可以登录了。

可能是 safari 的 first party isolation 这个隐私保护机制，和淘宝喜欢收集数据（包括反爬的目的）的冲突，导致了这个 bug

直接选加入购物车可以解决这个问题，老版本的页面 bug 一堆，估计淘宝懒得修复了。
