debian 的 ufw 增加 iptables 到/etc/ufw/before.rules， reload 后重复生效怎么办？

iptables 一看，一个规则重复生效了，搞得只能重启，我使用 ufw 方法不对吗?

iptables 匹配一条规则后，就不会向下继续匹配了，所以重复没什么关系
还有 ufw，firewall，iptables-nft，最后还是直接用 iptables 命令香

iptables 规则链可以清空 /重置的，不明白为何重启，ssh 断啦？

搭车问个无关的：ufw 好像无法实现针对 uid match 的规则？逼得我只能用 iptables 了。。。
