如今最常用的防重复提交，防频繁调用方案是什么

    后端用的 java,部了多个服务做负载均衡，还得考虑到高并发，不知道有没有什么合适的方案，获取数据的接口是否也要做频繁调用的限制，防止恶意的大量请求
