我司是重度 php 用户，自从用上 k8s 一直迫于在 pod 中加一层 nginx，结果一个简单的请求链路就变成 kong - nginx - php-fpm 。给 kong 加了一个 fcgi 协议的支持，但是迫于 pr 没有被合并，只好自己维护一个分支

pr 在这里，支持的话还请大家帮忙 vote 一下，以便 kong 团队了解 fcgi 协议还是有很大市场的
