有个网站必须调试模式才能访问？

edge 或者 chrome ，打开调试模式，弄成 mobile 才行，否则就 403 ，或者用其他一些浏览器才行

这种是什么原理，请问有啥插件可以直接常驻后台指定网址走这个模式呢，或者绕过限制。

服务器判断 User-Agent 不是移动设备就返回 403 ，改 User-Agent 就可以绕过了，直接在浏览器开发者选项里改，或者找插件改都行
