@SevenMonths 说的很不错，另外酸奶现在也有很多无糖的，我很喜欢喝牛奶，但是牛奶不知道为什么容易长痘，现在更多的是喝无糖的酸奶了，很酸，但是也习惯了。
顺便问一下，“还有就是练后 2 小时内，一定要保暖(非常重要)”这里是指什么呢？一般运动完都出一身汗，特别热，休息下就去洗澡，保暖是指不要马上洗澡吗？
