我比较懒，选择了 All in one ，PVE + LXC 容器解决大部分问题，其他的加一个 VM ； PVE 原生支持了 ZFS ，在上面包了个 smb 给 tailscale 内网使用，部署了一个 copyparty 做文件面板（同步支持 webdav ），剩下还有一个 emby ，暂时解决大部分问题。

我们是 Iceberg on S3 + Athena/Glue(Serverless Spark) 的架构，中间用 dbt 做数据建模 + dagster 做 ETL flow 的管理，整体体验不错，下游支撑了大部分离线应用，比如 Superset 看板 etc 。

这个事儿最重要的大背景是日本在去年颁布的《信用卡安全指南 6.0 版》[1]，里面强制要求了所有日本在线商户必须在最迟 2025 年 3 月底强制启用 3DS 验证，这一年日本本地银行跟支付供应商都在鸡飞狗跳，而根据大家都明白的日本 IT 基建水平，不少支付方式供应商选择一刀切，停止所有境外支付方式支持，就造成了现在的局面。这件事不止影响了任天堂，苹果之前中断新的境外信用卡也是有这个背景的。
